Pakistani restaurant owners ask these every week. We answer plainly — including the questions our competitors won't.
No. You pay one flat monthly fee — Rs. 2,999, Rs. 4,999, or Rs. 5,999 — and you keep every rupee from every order. Foodpanda takes 25-35%. Cheetay takes 28%. We take zero.
On Rs. 100,000 in monthly orders, that's the difference between paying Rs. 30,000 and paying Rs. 4,999. The math gets bigger as you grow.
No setup fee, ever. You pay only the monthly subscription. Print your QR codes, paste them on tables, you're done.
If you want printed waterproof QR stickers shipped to you, that's a separate one-time charge of Rs. 1,500 for a pack of 30. Most owners just print on regular paper at home and laminate them.
That's fine. Cancel anytime via WhatsApp. We don't auto-renew without your permission. The first 4 days are completely free. After that, you only pay for the month you actually use.
Yes — within 7 days of paying. Send a WhatsApp and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 7 days the current month becomes non-refundable, but you can still cancel future months immediately.
If we raise prices in future, your existing subscription stays at the price you signed up at — for as long as you keep it active. The Rs. 2,999 you start with today is the Rs. 2,999 you'll pay in 2027.
Nothing automatic. We never charge a card. We don't even ask for one.
On day 4, you'll get a WhatsApp message: "Your trial ends today. Want to continue? Reply with Starter / Pro / Business." If you say yes, you pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. If you say nothing, your menu becomes view-only — customers can still see it, you just can't add new items until you subscribe.
Honestly? Because 14-day trials feel like delaying a decision. 4 days is a real test — you'll see your first weekend rush, your first JazzCash payment, your first WhatsApp order — and you'll know. If 4 days isn't enough, we'll extend it. Just message us.
Starter (Rs. 2,999/mo) — One menu, one location, AI handles 30 chats/month, basic analytics. Good for a small café or food truck.
Pro (Rs. 4,999/mo) — Same as Starter plus AI handles 200 chats/month, surge pricing, time-based menus, item images, Google Review automation, voice ordering. Most popular tier.
Business (Rs. 5,999/mo) — Unlimited branches, AI handles 500 chats/month, lifetime plan available, dedicated WhatsApp support, custom branding. For multi-location operators.
Anytime. Send a WhatsApp message and we'll switch you in 5 minutes. If you upgrade mid-month, we charge only the difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, the change kicks in next billing cycle.
The customer scans your QR, sees their order, taps "Pay". Their JazzCash app opens with your IBAN already filled in and the exact amount pre-typed. They tap pay, your phone gets the SMS, and the order is marked paid automatically.
You don't need a JazzCash merchant account. Any normal personal JazzCash number works — the same one you already use.
That's how we verify a payment without storing your JazzCash password (which we never want to do). Your phone runs a small free app called MacroDroid that watches for incoming JazzCash / EasyPaisa SMS messages. When one arrives, it forwards just that SMS to our system. Our system reads the amount and TID, matches it to the pending order, and marks it paid.
Setup is one-time. Takes 10 minutes. We send you the exact MacroDroid template — you tap import and you're done.
Two backups: (1) The customer can still pay normally — JazzCash always queues SMS until your phone is back online. As soon as it reconnects, the SMS arrives and the order is marked paid retroactively.
(2) If you need instant verification, you can also manually verify any order from the dashboard with one tap. The customer pays as normal, you check your JazzCash app yourself, then mark it paid in your dashboard. Both methods are always available.
Of course. Cash, card on a POS, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer — whatever works. Your menu is the digital version, payment can be however you and the customer agree. Some restaurants do online ordering only, some do cash on delivery, some do all of it.
Same way your customers pay you — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, or bank transfer to our IBAN. We'll send you the exact amount via WhatsApp before each renewal so you can review and pay manually. No auto-debit, no card stored.
Your menu lives on Cloudflare's global network — independent of your local internet connection. Your customers' phones cache the menu, so even if both your café's WiFi and the customer's data drop, they can still see the menu and place an order. Orders queue and send automatically when you're back online. You don't lose a single one.
Yes. The whole menu loads in under 2 seconds on slow 3G — we tested in Bahria backstreets where Foodpanda just spins. The dashboard works on Android phones as old as 2018 (Android 8). Your customers' phones can be even older — anything that opens a browser will see your menu.
No. The whole product was built on a phone — your dashboard works perfectly on any Android, iPhone, or tablet. Add items, change prices, view orders, print QR codes — all from your phone.
Your data lives on Google's Firebase (data centre in Singapore) and Cloudflare R2 storage. Both are enterprise-grade — the same providers used by Pakistan's biggest banks for backend services. Connections are encrypted, your password is never stored in plain text, and only you can read your menu data.
Customer data (their phone numbers, orders) belongs to you, not to us. We don't sell it, we don't share it, we don't use it for marketing.
Honest answer: every business carries that risk. But here's the safety net — at any point you can export your full menu data as a JSON file from your dashboard. So even in a worst case, you'd walk away with everything: your items, prices, photos, customer order history. You wouldn't lose a thing. We'd also give 60 days notice and help you migrate.
Most Pakistani phones now scan QR codes natively from the camera app — no extra app needed. The pandemic trained everyone on QR. Younger customers prefer it. Older customers ask their waiter once, then never again.
If a customer struggles, your waiter can scan the QR for them and just hand them the phone. Same result.
Never. They scan with their camera, the menu opens in their browser. No app, no install, no signup, no login. The whole experience runs in the browser.
Keep one printed menu at the counter for them. The QR is for the 90% who have phones. The 10% who don't, your waiter still serves the old way. Both work side by side — you don't have to throw out paper menus, just don't reprint them every quarter.
Yes — same menu, every language. Type your items in whichever language you're comfortable with (most owners use Urdu or English). Customers see the menu in their phone's language automatically.
Tested and working: Urdu, English, Roman Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi, Arabic, French, Chinese.
No. The AI is tuned to be a polite waiter, not a pushy salesman. If a customer orders biryani, it might mention raita pairs well. If they say no thanks, it stops. It never adds items to the order without confirmation, and it never lies about ingredients or specials.
The AI only knows what's in your menu — items, prices, descriptions, allergens you fill in. It doesn't make up dishes that don't exist. If a customer asks something the AI can't answer (like "do you cater weddings?"), it says "let me check with the manager" and pings you on WhatsApp instead of guessing.
Yes. One toggle in your dashboard. Without AI, customers still see the full menu, browse pictures, add items to a cart, and check out — exactly like an online store. The AI is the optional bonus, not a requirement.
The AI stays polite. It never insults back. If the conversation gets really hostile, it flags the chat in red on your dashboard so you can step in via WhatsApp before the customer leaves angry. You see exactly what was said and can recover the relationship.
2 minutes to go live with a basic menu, 30 minutes to make it polished. Sign up, add 5-10 items with prices, get your QR code, print it. Done. Adding photos, descriptions, time-based categories takes another 30 minutes if you want it polished. Most owners are taking real orders within an hour.
Yes — the Business plan covers unlimited branches under one dashboard. Each branch gets its own QR code and its own menu (or shares the master menu, your choice), but you control all of them from the same screen on your phone. Useful if your branches have slightly different prices or items by location.
Yes. We've tested with menus up to 300 items. The customer interface stays fast because it loads categories one at a time. Your dashboard handles the same 80 items in a clean searchable list — you'll never lose track.
Three options: (1) Download the high-res QR PDF from your dashboard and print at any local print shop (Rs. 10-20 per sticker).
(2) Print at home on regular paper, then laminate. Cheap and works.
(3) Order pre-printed waterproof stickers from us — Rs. 1,500 for a pack of 30, ships in 3 days within Pakistan.
Send a WhatsApp to +92 322 914 8439. The person who built it picks up. Not a support ticket. Not a chatbot. Not a call centre. Just Kashif. We aim to reply within 15 minutes during peak hours (lunch + dinner) and within an hour the rest of the time. Pakistan time, real human.
