1. Agreement
By creating an account, uploading a menu, or otherwise using Kashif QR Menu (the "Service"), you (the "Owner") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is
Kashif QR Menu lets you:
- Create and publish a digital menu for your restaurant.
- Generate QR codes for your tables so customers can open your menu on their own phones.
- Receive orders from customers through our AI chat assistant, which is built especially for Kashif QR Menu.
- Manage those orders from a real-time dashboard on your phone or computer.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to run the restaurant you sign up for.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for anything done under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Kashif QR Menu, you agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content to your menu.
- Use the AI chat for anything other than ordering food and related conversation with your customers.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent Kashif QR Menu to third parties without written permission.
- Send spam, abuse, or scams through the Service.
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.
5. Plans and Payment
Kashif QR Menu offers a Free plan and paid upgrades. Features, prices, and limits of each plan are shown on the sign-up page and may be updated from time to time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, or similar).
- Your upgrade is activated once we confirm your payment reference. We aim to do this within a few hours.
- Monthly plans automatically return to the Free plan at the end of the paid period unless you renew.
- Refunds are handled case by case. Contact us within 7 days of your payment if something went wrong.
- We may change prices in the future. Any new price will only apply to your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for.
6. About the Kashif QR Menu AI Chat
Our AI chat is an automated assistant designed to help your customers pick items and place orders. It is helpful but not perfect. Please read this section carefully.
- The AI is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis.
- We may temporarily turn off the AI for maintenance, usage limits, or quality reasons. When this happens, customers still see your menu and can contact you through WhatsApp.
- The AI may have a daily message limit, depending on your plan.
- We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (more customers, more revenue, etc.) from using the AI.
7. Your Menu Content
You own everything you upload to Kashif QR Menu — your menu items, prices, images, and restaurant name. You simply give us the permission we need to display that content to your customers and keep the Service running.
You confirm that all content you upload is legal, accurate, and does not break anyone else's copyright or trademark. For example, do not use photos you copied from another restaurant's website.
8. Orders and Owner Responsibility
- Kashif QR Menu is a tool that delivers orders to you. It does not prepare, handle, or deliver food itself.
- You are fully responsible for food quality, hygiene, allergen information, pricing accuracy, billing, taxes, and anything else required by law for running a restaurant in Pakistan.
- If a customer has a complaint about their food or service, that complaint is between the customer and your restaurant — not Kashif QR Menu.
9. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running reliably, but we cannot promise it will never go down. Scheduled maintenance, internet issues, or problems with third-party providers may cause short outages. We are not liable for loss of business caused by downtime.
10. Our Intellectual Property
The Kashif QR Menu software, designs, logos, and the AI chat assistant built for the Service are owned by Kashif Dawar. You may use them only as part of using the Service. You may not copy, clone, or rebrand the Service as your own.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether expressed or implied.
- Kashif QR Menu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation — arising from using the Service.
- Our total financial liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Pakistani law.
12. Ending the Service
- You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay for a paid plan after several reminders.
- On termination, access to the Service stops. Rights and responsibilities from before termination still apply where relevant.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms as we add new features or improve existing ones. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we make changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Service and close your account.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.
